Welcome to CAA in LA….

We are the Career Advancement Academies (CAA) in Los Angeles County reaching out to all other similarly structured programs so we can share ideas and network amongst like-minded practitioners in the field as well as students who are experiencing the supported activities that all CAAs have to offer.

What we do is provide at-no-cost contextualized basic skills training and job placement services for at-risk youth and young adults.  Our academic focus ranges from Healthcare to Utilities and Construction.
